By downloading, installing, or using CallShield, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

CallShield is a call blocking and spam protection application that provides AI-powered spam call detection, community-sourced spam database, customizable call filtering rules, and caller identification features.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Free tier includes basic spam detection and limited blocklist
Pro tier includes unlimited blocking, AI engine, caller ID, and more
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
7-day free trial available for new Pro subscribers
Cancel anytime — no charge after cancellation takes effect
Refunds are handled per Google Play refund policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CallShield for harassment or stalking, submit false spam reports intentionally, attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the app, or resell or redistribute the app or its services.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

While CallShield strives for high accuracy in spam detection, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Some legitimate calls may be incorrectly flagged, and some spam calls may get through. CallShield is not liable for missed or wrongly blocked calls.

7. Limitation of Liability

CallShield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to missed important calls.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CallShield are owned by CallShield and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CallShield at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of CallShield after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
